2.2 What Data We Access
Through the Google Ads API, we access aggregated campaign performance data, including:
- Impressions, clicks, costs, and conversions by campaign, ad group, keyword, and ad
- Bid and budget data for the purpose of optimization
- Quality Score and ad relevance metrics
- Search term reports
We do not access or store personal data about your end customers through the Google Ads API.
2.3 How We Use Google Ads Data
Data accessed through the Google Ads API is used exclusively for the following purposes within the authorized client's account:
- Retrieving campaign, ad group, keyword, and ad performance metrics for analysis
- Generating structured performance reports on a regular cadence
- Managing campaigns, ad groups, ads, bids, and budgets with client agreement
- Researching keywords — generating keyword ideas, analyzing search volume, competition, and CPC estimates
- Identifying optimization opportunities such as underperforming keywords, budget pacing issues, and bid strategy adjustments
- Analyzing search term reports and managing negative keyword lists
All actions performed within a client's account are documented and reported to the client. No automated changes are made without the client's prior agreement on the scope of management.
2.4 Data Restrictions
We strictly adhere to the following restrictions:
- No data sharing: We do not share client account data with any third party
- No data aggregation: We do not combine or aggregate data across different client accounts
- No data resale: We do not sell, license, or otherwise monetize any data accessed through the API
- No unauthorized use: Data is used only for the purposes described in this policy

7.1 Revoking Access
If you are a client and wish to revoke our access to your Google Ads account, you may do so at any time through your Google account's security settings under "Third-party apps with account access." Upon revocation, we will immediately lose the ability to access your account data through the API.
7.2 Requesting Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@amazingmarketing.work with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Confirm receipt within 2 business days
- Revoke all OAuth tokens associated with your account (if not already revoked)
- Delete all stored campaign performance data, reports, and any derived analytics
- Delete your business contact information from our systems
- Confirm completion of deletion within 14 business days

- We use the API solely as an internal tool for campaign management and reporting for authorized client accounts
- We do not provide API access, data, or API-powered tools to third parties
- We access only accounts for which we have received explicit client authorization via OAuth 2.0
- We do not use API data for any purpose other than managing the authorized client's campaigns
- We do not scrape, aggregate, or resell any data obtained through the API
- Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements
8.1 Limited Use Disclosure
Amazing Marketing's use of information received from Google APIs is limited to the following:
- Providing and improving our internal campaign management and reporting services for authorized clients
- We do not allow humans to read user data unless: (a) we have obtained the user's affirmative agreement, (b) it is necessary for security purposes, (c) it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or (d) our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized
